I quit my job to pursue my dreams full-time

I finally quit my desk job at 240 W 30th Street and hopped on a one-way flight to Medellin, Colombia; excited AF and scared shitless! I had one $500 freelance client and knew three words in Spanish: tacos, burritos and baño.
April 2017

I conquered burnout and broke 6 figures!

After 13 months of a brutal year and hiring my very first coach (Ian Luebbers), I finally started to catch momentum and broke the 6 figure revenue mark! Little did I know I was in for a rude awakening...
Late 2018 to 2020

I invested every dollar we made to learn from the best and ensure this never happened again.


I invested every dollar I made back into learning from the best in business then testing their sales and automation methodologies.

We have since tested our strategies inside 300+ firms, from solo freelance consultants starting from scratch to the Fortune 50.

The next 12 months

Consistent 12 hour days, inconsistent revenue and moving home with Mom

I quickly realized the "dream" is nothing like you see on social media. Burn out, 12+ hour days and inconsistent client work meant it was time to sublet my Brooklyn apartment and move home... Sup Ma?
Early 2018

Got my first 100+ clients, then everything blew up

After 2 years, I bootstrapped from a solo freelancer to a fully remote design agency with over 100+ clients thanks to referrals!

Suddenly our 2 biggest clients (~60% of revenue) cancelled so I had to lay off my whole team :(

My mental health was destroyed for months and I was so depressed I didn't want to wake up most days.

I created Predictable Growth to share the good news.

I want to live in a world where founders and teams wake up inspired and go to sleep with peace of mind — not anxiety, apathy, overwhelm or stress.

After years of wrestling with the decision, the tragic passing of my grandpa, my role model Scott Dinsmore and reading the 4 hour workweek inspired me to wake up and go all in on my dreams. I finally decided to quit my desk job at 240 W 30th Street and jumped on a one-way flight to Medellin, Colombia, both excited AF and scared shitless! I had one $500 freelance design client and the only words I knew in Spanish were tacos, burritos and baño.
The next 12 months

Consistent 12 hour days, inconsistent revenue and moving back home with Mom

I quickly realized the "dream" is nothing like you see on social media. I was burned out from working 12+ hours per day and inconsistent client work meant paying my rent in Brooklyn was a massive challenge. After a few months, I went into debt and was forced to move back home with my parents. Yo, whatup Mom?
April 2017

I conquered burnout and broke 6 figures!

After a brutal first year of freelancing and hiring my very first coach (Ian Luebbers), I finally started to catch serious momentum. After a few referrals came through, I managed to close over $20,000 of new business in a single day! After 13 months, my business broke the 6 figure revenue milestone. I felt invincible. Little did I know I was in for a rude awakening...
Early 2018

Grew agency from 0 to 100 clients before everything blew up

After two years, I was able to bootstrap my way from a solo freelancer to a fully remote, profitable design agency with over 100 clients thanks to referrals. Then everything changed. Our two biggest clients (about 60% of our revenue) cancelled and our pipeline was empty. Within a few short weeks, I had to let go of my entire team go and went from being on top of the world to being a depressed mess for months.
Late 2018 to 2020

I invested multiple 6-figures to learn from the best and master B2B client acquisition

I realized client acquisition was my core weakness so for the next 2 years, I invested multiple 6 figures into learning from industry leaders and ran hundreds of experiments in my business and with clients so I never found myself in this situation again. After years of tweaking and refining our system, the results became both predictable and mind blowing. Both myself and clients were able to sign up new high ticket clients outside of referrals in a single phone call without any drama, complicated funnels or custom proposals.

Predictable Growth is born to help companies grow without sacrificing their mental health

Before I knew it, we had dozens of success stories, clients were winning Inc. 500 awards and my own business went from relying solely on inconsistent referrals for clients to attracting clients on demand, fast, without ads, funnels, hiring, proposals or 10 hour work days. Best of all, I could finally relax instead of constantly wondering where my next client was coming from. In order to help others avoid the pain and suffering I endured for years, I decided to create Predictable Growth to provide a new, simple and fast alternative to grow.
